What are posers?
Yes - they are graphics and do NOT require any special software to use or open. You can use them with any graphic editing software like Paint Shop or Photoshop. Any program that will open a PNG file. Posers are graphics that are 3D type and normally look like real people and/or fantasy creations/creatures. (like fairies/elves/cookies) They are rendered(created) in PNG format normally and are very high quality. So, they are excellent for printing or digital use. You can use them to create posters of artwork or a birthday greeting card. A lot people like to use them for what they call tags. Which are basically fancy signatures to add to your emails or websites/blogs. And they can also be used to decorate your website, store or blog. They are quite versitale and becoming very popular.
Now when opening your poser purchases and/or using them for the first time - you will notice that most of the PNG files will state they are under 300/200 dpi in quality. But, really they are not. They are created in 300dpi via the software. But, when rendering - (which is the actual creation process of taking what I put together and turning it into a graphic) it puts the high quality PNG into a low resolution background. That does NOT effect the PNG graphic in any way. If you are ever concerned in using Posers and not quite sure if you should or want to use them - you can always contact me and I can send you ONE poser graphic for you to play around with. It will be one of my choosing - I can not send one from a specific package to you.
